Poison emergency procedure

1. Remain calm.
2. Call university safety at 417-836-5509 and provide the following information:
   1. Age of the patent
   2. Your name and phone number
   3. Name of product and ingredients
   4. Amount involved
   5. Time poisoning occurred
   6. Any symptoms
   7. Whether the poisoning is to the skin, eyes, swallowed or inhaled
3. University safety will provide further instructions.
