Yin Fusion is a great class for all levels, especially beginners. The class will encompass a gentle deep stretch, followed by balance and strength building poses, ending with a supported restorative practice. Practice develops body awareness, strength, balance, flexibility and focus.
Props such as yoga mats, blocks, and straps will be available for use. Participants are also encouraged to bring a water bottle for hydration and dress comfortably.

Jill is a RYT 200, Yin Level 2, certified instructor who is interested in bringing breath and balance to your day in this Yin Fusion Yoga class.
Please register using the Learning Management System:
- Login at My Missouri State.
- Go to the “Profile” tab.
- Click “My Learning Connection” under the Professional Development section.
- Once there, type and select Yin Fusion Yoga into the search box at the upper right of the screen.
- Follow the prompts to checkout and complete payment process, if necessary.
