Why did you choose to attend Missouri State-West Plains?

I loved the size and layout of the campus and the location.

How would you describe your experience here?

I have loved my first few weeks at Missouri State-West Plains. Everyone is so nice, and the teachers are very helpful.

What has been your favorite thing about Missouri State-West Plains?

I love the campus size. It’s not too big or too small. I love the class sizes. I feel as if I receive more one-on-one time with my instructors.

What has been your favorite course?

Nursing.

How have faculty and staff helped you during your time at Missouri State-West Plains?

Some teachers have helped me understand courses they do not even teach. They always ask how I am and if they can help me with anything.

How did you choose your major?

I’ve always loved helping people, so I knew nursing would allow me to do just that.

What have you learned from Nursing Department that will help you succeed in your education, career or life?

From the Nursing Department, I learned not everything will be easy, but I have to keep working hard and pushing myself to reach my goals.

What are your plans after graduation?

I plan to be a traveling nurse. I will be able to help others while seeing the world.
