Gentle Vinyasa Yoga -

10 classes: July 10th-August 9th ($60)                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                     Gentle vinyasa features guided movements while incorporating breathe to generate heat within the body while strengthening and stretching from head to toe.                                                                                                                                             This class is designed to support all levels. 

 

Personal Fitness Guide

Your best guide to gym confidence. Let us help you reach your personal best with our Personal Guide To Fitness course. 

5 Saturdays, Fall Semester only. Dates TBA.

Cost: $25 FRC members 

The course will help you with weightlifting form and technique, proper use of equipment, gym etiquette, and injury prevention. Also learn how to create a workout, goal setting and training tips, fuel and hydration basics, and our guide to stretching.
