SUP (Stand Up Paddleboard) Bootcamp

Looking for something to really kick your rear into gear? Paddleboard Bootcamp is a challenging full body workout with the added fun of water! Test your abilities with this course

SUP (Stand Up Paddleboard) Flex & Flow

Find your zen and peace of mind with this challenging, yet calming course. Engage your core, test your balance, and empower yourself with this class. Paddleboard Yoga/Pilates will push you to be the best yogi you can be!


This course is exclusively open to faculty and staff! Learn your way on a paddleboard. Strengthen your core, test your balance, and have fun with fellow faculty and staff!

Price includes 6 once-a-week classes (1 session)

$25 per session for members, $35 per session for non-members
