Merchandising and Fashion Design

Facilities and Resources
Sampling your potential Interior design students regularly benefit from one of the most comprehensive sample libraries in the state. Local design firms and suppliers provide wallpaper, flooring and other samples for use in interior design student assignments and projects. Cutting edge in fashion If you are pursuing a degree in fashion design or fashion merchandising, you complete your faculty-supervised projects in the department’s garment construction laboratories. Students also benefit from the recent addition of Kaledo design software in the state-of-the-art FID computer labs. Kaledo is used by many design houses and increases efficiency in the design process. The software makes design easier by bringing together your fabric, component and style choices in the system. You can visualize how each element works together and how your changes will be reflected in the collection.
