Procurement Card Approver

The P-Card online approval module available through UMB Bank's Commercial Card system will allow approvers to electronically approve P-Card transactions/statements.

Features of the online approval module:

• Approvers can approve P-Card transactions by logging in to the Commercial Card system.
• Approvers can view the receipts uploaded into the bank system when they log on to approve transactions. This will eliminate the need for hard copy documents to be passed around.
• Approvers have the option of requesting additional information from the coordinators/cardholders for specific transactions.
• If needed, approvers can delegate their approval authority to other individuals. The delegation of authority can be set to expire at a specific date and time.
