Paperless P-Card Program

The P-Card Program will be going through some changes in an effort to move to a Paperless P-Card Program.

Paperless P-Card Program Introduction

There will be two stages to this implementation.

1. Stage 1: Receipt Imaging

The Receipt Imaging module available through the UMB IntelliLink system will allow users to upload receipts for their transactions as they complete their monthly allocations.

Implementation timeline:

  • Pilot group training session: October 17, 2014
  • Hands-on training sessions: November 3rd, 2014 and November 4th, 2014. For more information on the training sessions click at the link below.
  • Weekly open lab sessions. More information to come on the open lab sessions.

2. Stage 2: Online Approval

The Online Approval module available through the UMB IntelliLink system will allow approvers to electronically approve P-Card transactions/statements.
