Faculty Research Grants

Op4.03-1 Faculty Research Grants

The aim of the Faculty Research Grants program is to enhance research and creative activities. The program supports new research, creative or scholarship activities that may enhance opportunities for external funding or high quality projects not likely to receive external funding. Projects should be completed in one year. The maximum funding for a project is $7,500. Awards are most often made for individual applicants; however, awards may be approved for research and creative activity that includes students as co-investigators, research proposals involving more than one faculty member, and research demonstrating cross-disciplinary collaboration. Ranked faculty members may apply according to the guidelines available at the Graduate College Support for Faculty Research website.
