Instructional Technology Standard: Room Classifications

The level system (Level 0, I, II, III) that classifies technology-enhanced classrooms has been replaced with a more descriptive labeling scheme:

Each label will be appended with a fiscal year tag identifying when its associated instructional technology standards were defined or revised. For example, the beginning label for a small technology-enhanced classroom is TECH-SMALL_CLASSROOM.FY14.

* Tags classifying additional or specialty instructional features are added to any tech label. Examples include -iTV (interactive television classroom), -LC (lecture capture), -COLL (collaborative classroom), and -SP (specialized).

** Document cameras have been removed in some classrooms by request of faculty. Please contact CIT at 836-5778 to request a document camera.
