Adult Court Programs
As a part of its restorative justice outreach efforts, the CDR works with the Greene County Prosecutor’s Office to provide selected services to adult offenders. Learn more about the programming that is available:
This program brings together adult offenders and those impacted by their crimes to discuss what happened and make a plan together to repair the harm caused. This program represents the area's first adult victim-offender mediation program. Through the program offenders often pay restitution and do community service as part of their efforts to repair the harm they have caused. Volunteer mediators facilitate these dialogues.
