Spring Family Day at Hammons Field

Hammons Field

Gates open at 1 p.m., game starts at 2:05 p.m.

Join us for the fifth annual Spring Family Day at Hammons Field. Head to the ball field, decked out in your best BearWear and cheer on our Missouri State Bears baseball team as they take on the Indiana State Sycamores. Bear Pantry Food Drive

Join New Student & Family Programs and the Missouri State Baseball team in collecting items for the Bear Pantry, which reduces campus food insecurity and provides food to Missouri State students in need.  Bring your donation to the Missouri State Bears Baseball game on Saturday, March 30th. Collection boxes will be located by the main gate. Suggested non-perishable donations are: cereal, macaroni and cheese, chips, granola bars, instant mashed potatoes, peanut butter and/or jelly.  Visit the Bear Pantry website for more information.

Work out with your student

Foster Rec Center 

9 a.m. - 9 p.m.

Get active and enjoy a workout (or a swim) with your student at Foster Recreation Center! Families will have the opportunity to use the FRC to workout with their students. A signed waiver of consent is needed to use the facility. Family members can fill out the waiver form at the front desk of the center. Free admission.

Dine with your Student

Blair-Shannon Dining Center, 8-11 a.m.

Garst Dining Center, 11 a.m.-2 p.m.

Join your student for breakfast at Blair-Shannon Dining Center or for lunch at Garst Dining Center. Choose from a wide variety of cuisines and enjoy the decorative scenery as you indulge in a delectable eating experience.

Students with an on-campus meal plan can invite their parents to join them and eat for free. The cost for additional family members is $7.50 per person.

Shop at the Missouri State Bookstore

10 a.m. - 4 p.m.

Stop by the Missouri State Bookstore, located on the Missouri State campus, and pick-up some cool new BearWear. You can also shop the bookstore at the baseball game starting at 1 p.m. at Hammons Field.

Bowling at Level 1 Game Center

Level 1 Game Center

11 a.m.-10 p.m.

Spend some fun time bowling, playing pool and ping-pong with your student at Level 1 Game Center. Bowling costs $2 per game with a BearPass Card or $3 per game without one. Shoe rental is $1 with a BearPass and $1.50 without.
