This class will be led by Hy-Vee licensed dietitians.  They will be discussing the benefits of nutrition, preparation and cooking methods. The participants will create a small to medium meal that can be consumed during the class.

Join Hy-Vee Dietitian Audrey Williams for a Halloween themed cooking class.  Participants will be split into groups. Each group will make one recipe to then share with everyone & eat family style. This is a great time to connect & learn about healthier Halloween party pleasers!"

Each group will make one recipe to then share with everyone & eat family style. Audrey will also speak on mindful & intuitive eating strategies for you to take to Thanksgiving dinner."
