We are pleased to let you know about some exciting opportunities to get engaged and have your questions answered in June. The office of Orientation and Transition Programs (the office responsible for SOAR) is hosting a webinar-style Zoom series through June called Bears' Tales.
Bears' Tales will cover a handful of topics that are relevant to you as an incoming student of Missouri State, including things such as study away, connecting with faculty, fraternity and sorority life, working while in college, living on/off-campus, and the Springfield community. These sessions will be presented by current SOAR Leaders at Missouri State, who have experience and expertise in the areas above. There will also be a few general Q&A sessions, where you will get the chance to ask SOAR Leaders any questions you have about the SOAR experience, transitioning into college, or anything else you may just be curious about.
