For applications that require proof of employment, documentation must be official.
We will not accept offers of employment, contracts, internship documents, or student
employment. Acceptable documents include:
Letter on company letterhead verifying full time or part time employment
Human resources documentation showing full time or part time employment
Employment documentation that specifically states that employment is full time or
part time. Employment documents, such as paycheck stubs, that do not address full
time/part time status may not be accepted.
State of Missouri driver’s license for resident parent/guardian
Previous year’s federal income taxes, page 1 only, showing student was claimed as
dependent by resident parent/guardian
Proof of employment, disability, or retirement in the State of Missouri for resident
parent/guardian
Employment documentation must specifically state full time or part time. Documents
such as paycheck stubs that do not note full time or part time status may not be accepted.
Current lease agreement or mortgage statement with resident parent/guardian’s name
listed
Voter’s registration or vehicle registration within the State of Missouri for resident
parent/guardian
If the resident parent/guardian has not claimed the student on the previous year’s
federal income taxes, student must provide:
Copy of divorce decree or legal custody agreement showing joint or sole legal or physical
custody or a notarized statement from resident parent/guardian, verifying that the student will
reside with the Missouri resident parent/guardian when the student is not attending

Current lease agreement or mortgage statement with resident spouse’s name listed
Voter’s registration or vehicle registration within the State of Missouri for resident
