Four Year Degree Plans
As an economics major, you can pursue a Bachelor of Arts (BA) or Bachelor of Science (BS) degree.
Bachelor of Arts
The Bachelor of Arts degree is non-comprehensive, meaning that a minor is required to complete the degree.
Bachelor of Science
The Bachelor of Science degree is available in both a comprehensive and a non-comprehensive option. A minor is required to complete the non-comprehensive degree. Instead of a minor, the comprehensive degree requires either 18 hours in any discipline in which a major is offered or 9 hours in each of two disciplines in which a major is offered.
