JOIN THE BRIDGE PROGRAM

This program envisions strengthening a sense of community on our campus.

The Bear Bridge Mentoring Program for Diverse Faculty is designed to foster collaboration between junior and senior faculty and staff. Bear Bridge’s priority is to provide resources and developmental opportunities for the mentees to obtain academic accomplishments as well as career satisfaction while networking with other professional colleagues. This program will serve as a supplement to any existing formal or informal mentoring within each respective college and/or department.
