President's Message to Employees (May 5)

The following message was sent from the president to Missouri State employees on May 5, 2020.

Subject: Missouri State University Return to Work Process

Following last week’s announcement by local officials regarding easing of restrictions, President Clif Smart recorded a video where he briefly discusses the university’s process to return to campus.

He also outlined the initial stages of the university recovery and return-to-work process in more detail in this week’s Clif’s Notes.

Do you have questions or comments about the university’s response to COVID-19?

Share your thoughts with President Clif Smart and other university executives on May 20.

The MSU leadership team will host a town hall meeting via Zoom. Topics include the plans to reopen campus and the status of budgets.

All Missouri State faculty, staff and students are welcome to join. You can submit questions and input on any topic.
