Leadership, Empowerment, Achievement, Diversity
Bears L.E.A.D. (Leadership, Empowerment, Achievement, and Diversity) is an initiative created out of Missouri State University’s commitment to providing a welcoming, supportive environment for all students. This program serves to immerse diverse and first-generation students into the college experience while enhancing their academic success. This transitional program is designed for 1st and 2nd year students. However, the support and opportunities continue through graduation!
