Collective Commitments

Below are a list of items that the Assessment team has internally agreed will benefit the assessment process and increase positive productivity in and around the office.

• We will take the time to understand context and provide thoughtful information that is as accurate as possible.
• We will answer email correspondence within 24 hours. If we are unable to give an adequate response, a short communication will be given with an expected follow-up time frame.
• We will get to know each college at Missouri State University, establishing long-lasting and mutually beneficial relationships.
• We will support each other as thinking partners, careful never to judge and to always offer help so that no one is forced to consult alone.
• We will meet weekly to share collective knowledge.
• We will offer options in response to requests for help.
• We will respond empathetically to all individuals and eliminate the "canned" reaction.
• We will commit to keeping complete confidentiality.
• We will be visible and accessible in a variety of ways.
