Summer Visit Days Schedule
Check-in and most activities take place in the Plaster Student Union (PSU).
The schedule listed below is subject to slight modifications.
9 a.m.
Check-in
9 – 10:15 a.m.
Plaster Student Union, inside northwest entrance
Grab a nametag and welcome bag at our check-in stations.
Walking tours
9 – 11 a.m.
Meet at bear statue north of the Plaster Student Union
Take a walking tour of academic buildings with a current student. Please allow 30
to 40 minutes for the tour. Last tour departs at 11 a.m.
Admission presentations (multiple times available)
9:15 – 9:45 a.m. in PSU Theater
9:45 – 10:15 a.m. in PSU 313
11:15 – 11:45 a.m. in PSU Theater

Foster Recreation Center
The Foster Recreation Center is a place for the entire campus community to work out,
play and learn about healthy living.

Visit booths inside Plaster Student Union to meet representatives from several campus
organizations and student support services.

10 a.m. – 1:30 p.m.
Meet at front desk of each open residence hall
Come on in! Quick tours of select residence halls. Please allow 30 to 40 minutes for
the tour. Last tour departs at 1 p.m.

- Urban Gardening | Darr College of Agriculture
Urban gardening helps promote healthy food in highly populated areas to prevent food deserts and reduce hunger. Come discuss how your career interests and goals can help address food insecurity across the globe.
Karls Hall 102 - Short Video Screening | Reynolds College of Arts, Social Sciences and Humanities
Join the department of communication, media, journalism and film for a hands-on tour of the video production facilities in Strong Hall, then watch a short video produced by that department.

hands-on experience in steel work! Learn how to operate a real steel crane used by
