United Way Campaign

The United Way of the Ozarks (UWO) has been responding to the needs of the most vulnerable for 90 years. It looks at the community from a high level and addresses funding to areas that need the most attention. Missouri State University faculty and staff raise money every year as part of the United Way Campaign. If you have your favorite nonprofit, you can designate your donation to go to them. We hope you'll consider participating this year at any level - every gift counts.

The opportunity to use Payroll Deduction for United Way donations will end on November 29, 2023. You can still make one-time donations via credit card to United Way via the link on this page through the end of March.

United Way Campaign 2023 – 2024

Missouri State University faculty, staff and retirees have rallied together every year for decades to contribute to UWO. In doing so, our community supports our public affairs mission by assisting many who need help.

Under the leadership of Greg Burris, CEO and president, and the board of directors, UWO has adopted a more focused approach to community investment.
