Taste of Italy
Tour the many great cities of Italy including Milan, Florence, and Bologna.
Highlights include:
Chocolate tasting
Cooking courses
Visits to a gelato factory and vinegar distillery
Do all that while learning about cooking processes that are thousands of years old.
Greece: In Search of the Seven Species
Explore Greece by touring Athens, Olympia and many other cities.
Taste the wonderful foods of the Mediterranean diet, which are some of the oldest
foods in the world.
Guided tours, a four-day Greek Island Cruise, and other activities are part of this
two-week trip.
Malnutrition in developing countries: El Salvador
Work with the Convoy of Hope and visit San Salvador, El Salvador and the surrounding
area.
You can teach health education and take anthropometric measurements for rural elementary
students.
You can also visit places that provide health- and nutrition-related services to the
people of El Salvador. This trip typically runs during spring break.
