The spotlights system provide a centralized method for inputting, formatting and storing profiles about alumni, students, faculty, donors and staff. It allows for spotlights to be associated with keywords and departments, so they can be featured appropriately across the University website.
Feature spotlights on your website
There are several ways to reuse spotlights on your website:
- Use the Web Press spotlights template to embed spotlights into your Web pages.
- Link to the Featured Spotlights website, which offers multiple spotlights from many areas.
- Link directly to an individual spotlight. You can obtain the address by selecting a spotlight from the Featured Spotlights homepage.
Create and edit spotlights
Access to create and edit spotlights is provided on request and is separate from Web Press access. To request access, email firstname.lastname@example.org.
