University organizations and those organizations that are recognized by the office of student engagement may have websites on Missouri State's central web server. For more information about University Organizations visit the Missouri State Organizations site. Student organizations must have an active or in renewal status to be eligible for a website.
The president of the organization is responsible for the content and accuracy of the organization's website. The president is responsible for adherence to Web Policy governing web page development.
Web Press website
The University recommends organizations use Web Press, the University's content management system, to develop and maintain their websites. Complete the Web Press Site Request Form to obtain a new site.
Standard website
Creating a standard website
To establish a new standard organization website, please complete the following application:
- New Organizational Website Application in Microsoft Word*
- New Organizational Website Application in Adobe Acrobat*
Giving other edit access
To obtain permission for developers to update an organization website, complete the following form:
- Organization Web Developer form in Microsoft Word*
- Organization Web Developer form in Adobe Acrobat *
Deleting a standard organization website
To delete a standard organization website, please email web@missouristate.edu.
Editing a standard organization website
To edit a standard organization website, you'll need to use WebDAV or network path access.
