What is iTunes U?

iTunes U is a subcategory within the iTunes Store that houses educational digital media content from Universities, K-12 schools, and select non-profits.
The Missouri State iTunes U site currently includes coursework, lectures, athletics, campus community content, event highlights, radio shows, and more.

Why use it?

iTunes U allows university units to easily post multimedia content - audio, video or PDF files. Students, university members, and the general public can then use iTunes U to access this content at any time.

Appropriate Content & Copyright

- Currently only University Units can post content
- Presently all content is available to the public
- Content must be aimed at a campus audience as well as a general public audience
- Ensure that you retain copyright for all text, audio, and video uploaded
- If you do not own the copyright you must be granted permission from the original copyright owner to post it
