FrontPage forms with Access database connections

  • Creating accessible web forms
  • Creating an Access database to accept web form submissions through FrontPage
  • Creating a custom confirmation page
  • Submitting web form data to an existing Access Database

More information on creating forms that submit to an Access database is available at Computer Services' Creating Basic HTML Forms in Microsoft FrontPage

Information on connecting FrontPage web forms to an existing Access database is available at Web Resource Center's Database Connections

Form accessibility information is available at Web Access Compliance Team's Form Accessibility Checkpoint

Accessibility Update

The Web Access Compliance Team's Open Lab has moved. The new lab is in Carrington 110 and the lab hours are every Wednesday from 2 pm to 4 pm. The lab hours are open for any accessibility related web questions and one-on-one technical support. If the team members are not assisting with accessibility issues, they are available for general web support questions.

Sara mentioned that the Web Access Compliance Team will begin reviewing course material in the near future.

Update:
Academic Affairs still recommends all faculty follow the Web Access Checkpoints; however, course web accessibility policies and procedures are currently being discussed. No course web sites will be reviewed until the discussions are complete.

Next meeting
