Session 8: Learning About the President's Office and the Budget

You will learn about the President's responsibilities, the University's mission, and the roles of the Board of Governors, the Assistants to the President, Legal Counsel, and Internal Auditing. You will also learn about the University's budget, how it is developed, and some of the competing priorities that must be evaluated and prioritized each year.
