In April 2010, the "Mountain Toppers" USA team conducted a morale survey of all full-time faculty and staff at Missouri State University. It is rare that a survey is sent to all faculty and staff. There was an overwhelming response to the survey with nearly a 46% return rate. Thanks for everyone who responded.
