A Word about USA

"University employees tend to labor in obscurity; seldom being aware of any realm other than their own. This often leads to a territorialism which is the antithesis of the networking and cooperation necessary for creative problem solving. Our customers can get the short end of the stick when this atmosphere is allowed to prevail; frequently being shuffled from one dead end to another. The USA program is, in my opinion, a brilliant endeavor to break down long standing barriers en route to creating a culture of teamwork and collegiality that can only benefit the University mission."
