University Advancement
The Vice President for University Advancement is Brent Dunn. The Executive Assistant is Cindy Busby.
The University Advancement Division assists the University in achieving its single purpose -- "To develop educated persons" -- by:
- providing financial support from the private sector
- promoting public support
- seeking governmental support
- encouraging volunteerism
- providing co-curricular educational activities and events
Development and Alumni Relations
The Development and Alumni Relations Office is responsible for the University's fund-raising activities and for maintaining relationships with its alumni. The Development staff works closely with the Missouri State University Foundation to raise about $8 million annually from nearly 27,000 donors. The Alumni staff works with the Missouri State University Alumni Association to provide a variety of programs and services to the University's 80,000 alumni.
