Institutional Research Reporting
West Plains Campus
State (DHE) & Federal (IPEDS) reports--Shared responsibility. These reports will be prepared under the direction of the Academic Dean and should be submitted directly to the CBHE.
The Data Manager at CBHE has been informed to direct all forms for the West Plains Campus to the West Plains Director of Institutional Research. This should result in a more efficient flow of forms than if all forms were sent to Springfield for dispersal.
Ad hoc requests from CBHE--West Plains responsibility. These reports will be prepared under the direction of the appropriate officer of the West Plains Campus. Examples of these requests are the Performance Indicators Survey and the Comprehensive Fee Schedule Survey. These reports should be submitted directly to the CBHE.
Maintenance of reports for all campuses of the University System will be the responsibility of the Office of Institutional Research at Springfield.
Mountain Grove Campus
State (DHE) and Federal (IPEDS). Data about the Mountain Grove Campus will not be reported separately in the reports, but will continue to be reported by the Office of Institutional Research as a part of the Springfield Campus data. Financial data, human resource data, and student data are currently reported in this manner. Students enrolled in West Plains Campus courses presented at the Mountain Grove Campus will be included in Missouri State-WP IPEDS reports.
Ad hoc requests. These reports may be prepared either by Mountain Grove personnel or Springfield personnel as appropriate. Maintenance of the reports will be the responsibility of the Department Head for the Department of Agriculture.
