The on-line application system is now updated and ready for use for 2010 applications. Please click on the link below to begin the on-line application system, but make sure to read all information below before doing so.
You may submit your Social Work department application and Personal Statement Essay through this portal (although the essay may be mailed in with your packet even if an on-line application is completed). Note, that you must submit all other department materials in an application packet that is mailed or delivered directly to the School of Social Work office. No on-line documents will be processed until the remainder of the completed application packet is received by our office.
Once you start the on-line application system, you must finish (there is no save option on the program). Therefore, do not initiate the application unless you can finish it (the essay may be uploaded later). Before you begin the on-line application, you should have the following documents available:
- Personal copy of all past university/college transcripts
- Resume or vita with relevant employment or volunteer information
- Names and contact information for all references
- GRE exam information (received scores, testing date and location)
- TOEFFL exam results (if applicable)
