6. Employment-Based Proposals (Sample Online)	DUE: 10/14/09
7. Confirmation Form (Online) includes designation of 1-semester placement or 2-semester (Spring & summer) placement	DUE: 11/20/09

**All field students for Spring 2009 will need to schedule an appointment to meet with the field coordinator by 10/02/09.

SPRINGFIELD STUDENTS schedule a 30-minute appointment with Lisa Street by signing up at the pre-field meeting.

JOPLIN STUDENTS schedule a 30-minute meeting with Renee White by signing up on the timesheet posted on Renee White’s office door.
