2011 Homecoming King and Queen

Darrell Hyche II

Darrell Hyche

Hey friends! My name is Darrell V. Hyche II and I want to be your 2011 Homecoming King! I am a Dance Performance and Psychology double major from Kansas City, MO and I am sponsored by the Fraternity of Phi Gamma Delta. I love listening to music, playing video games and playing sand volleyball. I am really involved on campus ranging from SOAR (yes that was me on the cover), Residence Life, University Ambassadors and more. I feel the Homecoming King should be one with the people and I believe I have that. As King, one thing that I would like to do is give back to the campus community that elected me. I would also like to use my status as King to get more people involved in different community service projects and diversity awareness programs. I have always seen the Homecoming King as a positive role model for Missouri State and I hope I can be that you! If you see me on campus, come say hello!

Andi Schetter

Hailing all the way from the boot heel of Missouri, you'll sure to recognize Andi Schetter when you hear her southern drawl. This Sikeston, Missouri native is a senior at MSU majoring in Elementary Education. Some of her involvement on campus includes Sigma Kappa Sorority, SOAR leader 2011, Panhellenic Association, Kappa Delta Pi National Honor Society, Order of Omega, and Student-Missouri State Teachers Association. She is also the afterschool program director at Greenwood Laboratory School. When she is not busy with school, she likes to sleep, craft, and take long bubble baths. Her favorite book series is The Hunger Games, and her favorite movie, of course is Bridesmaids! She is so honored to be selected as one of the 2011 Queen candidates for Missouri State University and would love to represent her Bear pride for the entire student body as the 2011 Homecoming Queen!
