Order of Omega consists of only the top 3% of Fraternity and Sorority members, based on GPA, leadership, inter-fraternal relations, and community service.  The organization usually holds two community service projects a semester and some socials.  Its mission is being changed in order to use the 40+ leaders' potential and experience to change the Fraternity and Sorority Community as a whole.  Meetings will turn into discussion about aspects the community needs to change, such as: finances, recruitment, negative image, underage drinking, or hazing.
