- Nominate your student for Outstanding Student Employee STAR Award.
- Surprise student employees with beverages and cookies or other refreshments.
- Make a birthday calendar and celebrate each students birthday.
- Buy low cost, blank certificates and make up silly awards for students.
- Goodiebags filled with food items.
- Hand written thank you notes (if you would like some, we have created some for you!)
- Plan a movie or bowling night.
- Attend an MSU sporting event.
- Ice cream social. In office or out.
