Auction Benefiting Athletics 

Auction Rules Terms and Conditions:

  1. Please pay in full for all purchases prior to the end of the Auction evening on August 15th. Cash, check, VISA, Discover, MasterCard and American Express are accepted. Checks should be made payable to the Missouri State Foundation.
  2. Silent Bid and Live Auction purchases are paid at the cashier booth located in the far west corner of the Expo Center lobby.
  3. The 50/50 raffle tickets are paid to the area cashiers and/or roving sellers.
  4. Please claim all purchases promptly after the Live Auction with presentation of your paid receipt.
  5. Auction purchases must be removed the evening of August 15th unless arrangements for Saturday morning pickup of large items are made Friday night.
  6. All sales are final! There can be no exchanges or refunds.
  7. Dollar values placed on items being auctioned are estimates of retail value provided by the contributor and are not warranted by the Missouri State Athletics Office or the Missouri State Office of Development and Alumni Relations.
  8. Donors and/or purchasers of auction items or services should consult their own tax advisors regarding any questions concerning the possibility of tax deductibility.
  9. Auction items, services, and gift certificates must be redeemed within the specified time limits in accordance with restrictions, if any, specified by the donors. Please look at any restriction noted in the item display and make necessary arrangements with the contributor at your earliest convenience.
  10. The Missouri State Auction committee reserves the right to change, add or remove from either the Live Auction, Silent Auction, or Bear Boards any item it deems appropriate even though the item may have been previously advertised, listed in the printed Auction catalog or verbally indicated as being offered for auction.
  11. To simplify checkout, couples receive one bidder number for use throughout the evening.
  12. Total description and/or restriction on some Live or Silent Certificate Auction items may not be completely outlined in your official Auction 2008 catalog. Please read carefully the description and/or restriction information on the description tent in front of each item as well as any certificates you may purchase.
