All fees are applied to your student account upon check-in at SOAR. Fees can be paid any time AFTER the completion of your SOAR session at the Bursar’s Office on campus or through your My Missouri State portal online. They cannot be paid at the time of SOAR session registration or prior to attending SOAR.
All fees are nonrefundable after checking into the program.
The Bursar's Office accepts the following forms of payment:
- Cash
- Personal Checks (Payable to Missouri State University)
- Money Orders (Available at the Postal Services inside Copy This)
- Cashier's Check
- Traveller's Check
- Credit/Debit Cards (American Express, Discover, and MasterCard)

Two-day SOAR Session Fees (June and July Sessions)
Student Orientation Program Fee: $100 (includes materials and lunch and dinner on first day of program)
Family Orientation Program Fee: $30 (per family member; includes materials and dinner on first day of program)
Overnight Accommodation Fee: $23 (per person, per night)
One-day SOAR Session Fees (January, August, and June Summer School Sessions)
Student Orientation Program Fee: $50 (includes materials and lunch during the program)
Family Orientation Program Fee: $30 (per family member; includes materials and lunch during program)
No overnight accommodations are available during one-day sessions.
