Before Making Arrangements to Attend...
Students and families should be aware of the following prior to making arrangements to attend a SOAR session:
- Do NOT make any time-dependent arrangements (such as travel, accommodations, vacations, appointments, etc.) until you have received confirmation of your SOAR session via email. We will be unable to allow students to attend closed or otherwise unavailable sessions due to arrangements made prior to receiving a SOAR confirmation email.
- Students are required to attend the ENTIRE SOAR session in order to register for classes. Students will not be allowed to register if they miss portions of the program due to any conflicting obligations (such as work, appointments, travel, classes, etc.).
- Students will not be allowed to participate in any session for which they are not confirmed to attend.

Fall 2012 Orientation Dates
SOAR sessions are a day and a half in length and offered throughout June and July. Because SOAR requires campus offices to be open during the course of the program, we are unable to offer weekend sessions.
The SOAR session dates listed below will not be available to all students. A list of currently-available dates will be presented to students during the SOAR session registration process.
