The Volunteer Income Tax Assistance (VITA) Clinic
This clinic provides 3 FREE tax preparation programs for current year tax returns.
1. The Walk-in and/or By Appointment (417-864-0030) Volunteer Tax Preparation Clinic
For clients with income of $51,000 or less
A student volunteer will prepare and e-file your return at no charge

For clients with income of $57,000 or less
Do your own taxes with a “coach” available “on site” to answer your questions

Do your own taxes with a volunteer available to answer your questions “via phone”
The Low Income Tax Controversy and Outreach Clinic
Available to clients with income of 250% of HHS Poverty levels or less.
