Missouri State University

Student Learning Services

The Student Success Initiatives at Missouri State University start with the development of the Learning Commons, with the most visible piece being the Bear CLAW. This new interactive space, located on the first floor of Meyer Library, provides an environment that fosters learning through an environment that encourages social interaction and collaborative work. The Bear CLAW will be the base for the Writing Center, subject-area tutoring, campus learning communities, and supplemental instruction, uniting the resources and expertise of the faculty, library personnel, and computer and information technology.
