Media, Journalism & Film - SAFETY POLICY

This form must be used anytime you stage a shoot that involves any of the following activities in any public location.

This form must be submitted at least 72 hours prior to the shoot (by 12:00 p.m. on Fridays). Once the form has been submitted, please call the SPD Substation at 417-836-5327 and the MSU Dispatch at 417-836-5509.

Written permission from Dept. Head, Dean or Building Coordinator for use of campus buildings as production location must be emailed to SafetyandTransportation.edu.

Please give an accurate estimate of when the activity will occur, including both beginning and ending times.

In case the shoot must be postponed due to inclement weather, this date must be within a 48-hour window of the original date.
