Evacuations

Bomb threats are often made to get people into a more vulnerable location. Should it become necessary to evacuate a building the decision to evacuate will be made by the following individuals in the priority indicated:

Administration and Academic Buildings:

  1. Vice President for Administrative and Information Services
  2. Associate Vice President of Administration
  3. Director, Safety and Transportation Department
  4. Fire Marshall
  5. Provost (Academic Buildings)

Residence Hall:

  1. Director, Safety and Transportation Department
  2. Vice President for Administration and Information Services
  3. Associate Vice President of Administration
  4. Fire Marshall
  5. Vice President for Student Affairs
  6. Director of Residence Life, Housing and Dining Services

Hammons Student Center/Plaster Stadium:

  1. Vice President for Administrative and Information Services
  2. Associate Vice President of Administration
  3. Director, Safety and Transportation
  4. Fire Marshall
  5. Chief of Staff
  6. Director, Hammons Student Center/Plaster Stadium
