Hello and welcome to the Religious Studies website. I’ve been with Missouri State University for about 3 years and must say it’s a great place to work. I love working with all the students and enjoy listening to them as they debate different issues or just stop by to chat before they head off to class. We have a great bunch of faculty, graduate assistants and student workers. Please come in and visit any time.

I spent most of my early years in Tulsa, OK and then moved to Richardson, Texas where I met my husband. John joined the Navy and we traveled up and down the East Coast. When he got out of the Navy, we came to Springfield and fell in love with the area and have been here ever since. In my spare time I enjoy scrapbooking, card making and walking with John and our 2 greyhounds. We also love to scuba dive and try to go at least once a year.

I received my Associate Degree in Arts and Sciences from Richland College in Dallas and my secretarial diploma from Bradford Business School also in Dallas. Just recently I achieved my C.P.S. (Certified Professional Secretary).  I am CPR/AED certified and am a first responder for emergencies in our building. I am also a Notary.
