You are invited to participate in a survey designed to evaluate the quality of service provided by the Office of the Registrar. We want to thank you in advance for taking a few minutes of your time to complete this short satisfaction survey. All responses will remain confidential and no record of names will be kept. Participants will have the option of entering into a random drawing for a chance to win the grand prize of a $100 MSU Bookstore gift card or one of five $10 MSU Bookstore gift cards.
