Comprehensive overview of every aspect of the University System, including specific information about students, degree programs, faculty and staff, finances, and facilities, as well as other areas of general interest. Enrollment Managment Website:
Includes headcount and credit hour production data; total enrollment and enrollment of new students by semester for the past several years, data on minority enrollment, and selected summaries of research on admitted and current students. Common Data Set:
A standard format for the collection and dissemination of data regarding colleges and universities produced by the Office of Enrollment Services.
Office of the Registrar:
The Office of the Registrar provides numerous reports related to enrollment, grade distributions, and credit and contact hours.
Graduate College:
The Graduate College collects data with regard to graduate student admission and enrollment. Direct inquiries to CarlaCoorts@missouristate.edu.
Customized reports
Accreditation:
Data for accreditation review are provided by the Office of Institutional Research (OIR). You are encouraged to review your data needs with OIR staff at least two months prior to the date you will need them.
Annual review (Departmental):
OIR should also be the starting point for departments that need data for annual review purposes that are not otherwise available.
Assessment:
The Center for Assessment and Instructional Support maintains assessment data, including exit exam, National Survey of Student Engagement (NSSE), etc.
Retention and Graduation data:
Longitudinal studies to track retention and graduation rates of students are handled by OIR.
Departmental and University honorary organizations:
Departments that need customized lists to identify students eligible for honorary organizations should contact Enrollment Services.
Graduating students:
Data on students who have declared their intent to graduate for a given semester are available through a report available in ARGOS.
Graduated students:
Data on graduated students are made available through a report available in ARGOS. Graduation data for a given semester are not official until the mid-point of the following semester/session, as follows: Fall semester - early to mid March; Spring semester - early to mid July; Summer semester – early to mid October.
Prospective and admitted undergraduate student lists:
These lists are provided by the Office of Admissions - For more information, contact JillDuncan@missouristate.edu.
Scholarship candidate identification:
The My Missouri State system will, in many cases, meet your needs for identification of scholarships designated for current students. For example, you can use the departmental list feature to select undergraduate majors within a given class and generate a list of students that includes their grade point average. For more information, contact KellyEvans@MissouriState.edu.
Student organization lists:
A specific procedure is in place for approved advisors of student organizations to request student lists for recruitment or communication purposes. To request a list, go to the "Forms and Resources" page on the Student Organizations website and select the "Request for Mailing Labels Form."
Please note: If you have a specialized request not covered by one of the above, then please submit a detailed email request to enrollmentservices@missouristate.edu. Your request should be submitted at least one week in advance. Given current workload on existing staff, it is necessary to prioritize requests and not possible to honor all requests.
