NOTE: The .pdf version of the Intent to Graduate form should only be used by undergraduate students who do not have access the My Missouri State system. Return instructions are found at the bottom of the .pdf form.
Students are strongly encouraged to submit their Intent to Graduate electronically through the My Missouri State system instead of using the printable .pdf version. By submitting the form electronically, you will receive an automatic response message in your Missouri State e-mail account which will include further commencement information. Students who file the .pdf version of the form will not automatically receive this information and it will be the student's responsibility to review the University Commencement website for this material.
To access the electronic Intent to Graduate, go to My Missouri State, click the "Academics" tab, and click on the "Intent to Graduate" link in the Commencement channel.
