Wellness classes provide fun, group settings for learning new exercises and relaxing with friends. These classes typically occur in five-week sessions.

Yin Yoga focuses on stretching connective tissue and targeting joints. All postures are done on the floor with props and are held for about 5 minutes. Great for those wanting to try out yoga for the first time, athletes, or those taking it easy due to injury. No yoga experience is needed. We will add a few restorateive postures to deepen relaxation at the end of class.
Basic Hatha Yoga
Basic Hatha Yoga is appropriate for all levels of practice. Super for beginners and great fo rthose who need to get reacquainted with their practice. We will dive into basic poses, learn proper use of props, learn sun salutes, and more.
Tune your ears and your body to the rhythm of the clave and the magic of salsa dancing. You will learn basic footwork, turns, patterns, shines, and be introduced to proper posture, weight transfer, frame, and connection. This salsa class series will introduce you to the basics of leading and following salsa music and timing. No partner or previous experience necessary!
East Coast Swing
Join us for some swing night fun! Great for new dancers and experienced dancers alike. Learn the basics of swing dancing and each week, we'll look at different patterns, turns, and spins, so that you'll be jumpin' and jivin' away in no time! No partner or previous experience necessary!
