Clinics

Sharpen your skills

Outdoor Adventures sponsors a number of clinics throughout the year that focus on developing specific skill sets, teaching about different outdoor activities and more. Some of these clinics are also a great way to prepare for an outdoor adventures trip.

Our clinics are instructed by student trip guides, climbing wall staff members, resource attendants and select members of the Missouri State, local and regional community.

We offer three general types of clinics:

  • Free, non-mandatory clinics that have no registration fee and are not required for attendance on any trip. Registration is still required.
  • Trip clinics that are highly recommended—if not, mandatory—for attendance on a corresponding Outdoor Adventures trip. Sometimes these clinics are included in the price of a trip.
  • Certification and climbing clinics that are perfect for students wanting to learn how to rock climb. Registration fee depends on clinic.
